Canada Tremblant Tremblant, the first resort to open in Canada, is located in the picturesque scenery of the Laurentian Forest, an easy drive from Montreal. It has recently benefited from a large investment programme and now brilliantly designed pedestrian centre, successfully themed in traditional Quebec architectural style. With 94 runs serviced by 13 state-of-the art lifts (designed to handle 27,230 skiers per hour!), an abundance of natural snow, coupled with a powerful snowmaking system, the mountain dominates a stunningly beautiful countryside. Tremblant is also very snowboarder friendly with a new park located at the top of the mountain, sheltered from the wind and with obstacles, jumps and a competition half pipe. Add to the unique atmosphere of this part of North America, where French Canadian " joie de vivre' meets North American service and value standards, and results in one of the world's best mountain resorts.
